Participation

• The official languages of the symposium are Turkish and English.

• Symposium applications will be accepted individually or as panels.

• Accommodation and transportation options will be announced later within the framework of sponsorship.

• Each participant may only attend the symposium with one paper.

• The deadline for submitting abstracts is March 20, 2026.

• Applications must be made through the application system in accordance with the abstract guidelines.

• Presentations will be allocated 15-20 minutes.

• Full texts of papers presented at the symposium must be submitted by the date specified prior to the symposium. Those who do not submit the full text will not be included in the symposium program.

• Full texts will be published as a book after the symposium.
