Application

Individual Submission:

Individual presentations and the presentation time for each panelist will be between 15-20 minutes. Each participant may only submit one paper to the symposium. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words.

Panel:

The organizing committee also encourages panel applications organized around a theme. Thematic panels should consist of three papers. Panel applications should include abstracts of 250 words each for each paper, and a general abstract of up to 300 words explaining the panel topic and how the panelists will contribute to the topic should also be added to the section at the end of the application form. The panel proposal must be submitted collectively by the person responsible for organizing the panel (panel chair).

Participants are expected to provide information about the purpose, research method, and sources of the paper in the abstract and to explain the innovation and originality that the paper contributes to the field academically.

The symposium languages are Turkish and English.

Participants should attach their academic CVs to their abstracts.

There is no participation fee for the symposium. Accommodation and transportation options will be announced later within the scope of sponsorship opportunities.

The deadline for submitting abstracts is March 20, 2026.

Full texts of accepted papers must be submitted by the date specified prior to the symposium. Papers for which full texts are not submitted will not be included in the symposium program.

Paper texts will be published as a book after the symposium.
